Tsugumi SHIRASAKI

Tsugumi Shirasaki is a shy teenager with rosy cheeks and brown hair. She is a good librarian, and she loves to read. She is also a bit of a loner, and she doesn't have many friends. One day, Tsugumi is walking home from school when she sees a group of bullies picking on a smaller child. Tsugumi knows that she should do something, but she is afraid. She doesn't want to get in trouble, but she also doesn't want to see the smaller child get hurt. Tsugumi takes a deep breath and walks over to the bullies. She tells them to stop, and she tells them that they are being mean. The bullies are surprised by Tsugumi's courage, and they back down. The smaller child thanks Tsugumi for helping her, and Tsugumi is glad that she was able to stand up for what is right. Tsugumi's act of courage gives her the confidence to start making friends. She joins the school library club, and she meets a group of other students who love to read. Tsugumi finally feels like she belongs, and she is happy that she was able to find her voice.
